RAIT: Creatress of the Universe - Mother of Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans)

Dwooda (Monday): 9:30pm EST

Host: Odwirafo

Call-in: 657-383-0635

In this episode of AKANFO NANASOM - Ancient Authentic Akan Ancestral Religion we examine the nature of Rait, the Creatress of the Universe - Mother of Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans~Black People). Rait and Ra are the Divine Living Energy animating all Created entities in Creation. They are the Creatress and Creator who function as the Great Spirit of the Sumpreme Being, Amenet and Amen. In Akan culture Rait and Ra are called Nyankonton and Nyankopon. In the Yoruba tradition they are Oshumare and Odumare. In Vodoun they are Aido Hwedo and Da.

Rait (Raet, Rat) has always been invoked by Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans) wherever we exist in the world. This includes Afurakanu/Afuraitkaitnut (Africans) who were forced into the western hemisphere during the Mmusuo Kese (Great Perversity/Enslavement era). We continue to invoke Her in our various Ancestral Religious traditions inclusive of Hoodoo (Akan), Juju (Yoruba), Voodoo (Ewe, Fon), Wanga (Ovambo), Ngengang (Fang), Gris Gris (Bambara) and more. We wielded the power of Rait in concert with Ra for our healing as well as for waging war against the whites and their offspring to force the end of enslavement in North america. It is our direct experience with Rait which allows us to properly identify her role in the ritual practices of ancient Khanit and Kamit (Nubia and Egypt).

We examine our books:

Book Back-Orders Update
Category: ODWIRAMAN News

Mikyia mo (Greetings) Odwiraman,

Because of a couple of issues with switching to a different ink vendor as well as receiving the wrong ink shipment and having to reorder, we got pushed back with regard to at least 7 of our orders. We intended to have those orders out 2 weeks ago.

We are working now to complete those orders by the weekend. You should receive them by mid-week. One overseas order will most likely arrive by the late next week.

We appreciate your patience. We will send tracking numbers out upon shipment..

Let us know if you have any questions..

AKYISAN Conference, Film, Broadcast Updates
Category: ODWIRAMAN News

Mikyia mo (Greetings) Odwiraman,

We have postponed broadcasts recently in part because of our work to release Volume 2 of AKRADINBOSOM a couple of weeks ago and the upcoming release of Volume 3 of AKRADINBOSOM which is imminent.

We are also working on the AKYISAN Conference details, which is coming up March 12th in Washington DC, including the publishing of our AKYISAN Journal.

A few vending spaces have opened up for the conference because of cancellations. If you would like to vend go to our AKYISAN page ASAP for the vending registration application and to make the payment:

We also have some ad space left for you to advertise your business, organization or institution in our AKYISAN Journal. See the AKYISAN page as well to pay for your space and forward us your jpeg files for your ad ASAP.

We are also still tentatively scheduled to film our first segments for our documentary
AMARUKAFO ADEBISA ADWUMADI: African-American Ancestral Divination Project next week in New Orleans. This depends upon our reaching close to the 20% mark in our crowdfunding effort.

Contribute today:

We will update everyone as to when we will return to broadcasting. It will most likely be next week.

Yeda ase..
